Privacy policy
Last updated October 3, 2026. This policy covers DeepSpace Medical, run by Eudaimonic Inc. ("we"): the sign-in service and platform at deepspacemedical.com and the apps hosted at deepspacemedical.app. An app may add its own privacy notice for what it does with your information.
DeepSpace Medical is in testing and does not yet accept real patient information.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture. We keep these with your account and use them only to sign you in and show who you are.
Apps store what you enter in them, such as visit notes, recordings and summaries. That data is kept for the app in DeepSpace Medical's storage, which runs on Cloudflare in the United States.
Who processes it
We use these services, and only for the app features that need them:
- Cloudflare: hosting and storage for the platform and its apps.
- Google: signing in.
- OpenAI: live voice conversations, speech to text and text to speech.
- Anthropic: writing text such as visit summaries.
- LiveKit: carrying live audio between your device and the voice assistant.
Each service has its own account set up only for DeepSpace Medical.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising or put analytics trackers on these pages.
Your choices
To see or delete your account and the data apps keep for it, email medical@deep.space.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell people who use the apps.
